WHAT OTHERS ARE SAYING

“I’ve built the toolbox and cues to actually respond to what I’m feeling, not just notice it. I can bring myself back to the state I need to be in.”

Olivia P.

“The breath has become a proper recovery tool I can rely on. I’ve used it to reset emotionally, stay composed and also communicate better on-field.”

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need prior experience?
Not at all. This workshop is designed for anyone looking to optimise their breathing. Prior knowledge of breathwork is welcome but not required.

Will I feel out of my depth if I’ve never done breathwork before?
Not at all! Everything is taught step by step, starting with the basics. You’ll be guided the whole way and, with only 6 people in the room, you’ll always feel supported.

Is this workshop for athletes only?
Definitely not. This work spans professional athletes, high-functioning executives and everyday humans. The same tools apply whether you’re on the field, in the office or managing daily stress. Whatever your lifestyle, improving your breathing fundamentals is essential for higher quality of life!

Will I see results right away?
Yes. You’ll notice measurable changes during the session and leave with a 7-day challenge to continue at home.

How is this different from a relaxation or meditation class?
This isn’t a guided relaxation class, it’s basic training for nervous system regulation. You’ll learn the fundamentals of breath health alongside how to both tolerate stress and recover quickly. These are skills you can apply immediately to show up more consistently in daily life.

Will this help me if I already train in sport / fitness / performance?
Absolutely. Breath training underpins stamina, endurance and recovery. It’s the missing link most athletes never train with downstream effects physically, mentally and emotionally.

How many people will be in the session?
Maximum of 6. This ensures the experience is intimate with individual attention to maximise value.

Can I book more than one spot (eg: for a friend)?
Yes, as long as spots are available. Book early to secure both places as numbers are capped.

What should I bring?
Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in and bring a water bottle + an open mind. Mats and props are provided.

What if I can’t make it after booking?
Spots are limited therefore bookings are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

I can't wait to share this experience with you.
See you on the mat!
